Essence
Self Sessions are dedicated encounters for reconnecting with oneself.
They are not conventional therapy but supportive spaces rooted in psychology and guided by a broader understanding of the human being.
Their purpose is to provide a space where you can explore, understand, and reconnect with your own center, learning to listen to what your inner self needs to express.
Each process is based on authenticity and respect for the individual’s life stage, guided by a human presence that accompanies without imposing.
Session
Sessions can take place as single encounters for guidance and support, as part of a structured personal growth process, or as spaces for preparation and integration in psychedelic-assisted experiences.
The process is founded on listening, trust, and safety, integrating tools from diverse psychological, energetic, and spiritual paradigms. The focus is always the person’s well-being, holistic development, and progress toward their personal goals.
The facilitator acts as a companion on the journey: a guide who supports, listens, and orients without imposing, always maintaining respect, presence, and professional ethics.
Each session lasts approximately one hour, though the duration can be adapted to the needs of each individual.
Transformation
